Who I am

Emotional Academy is run by Hannah Kristina, based in Belgium. You can reach me at hello@emotional.academy.

What I collect

When you sign up: your first name, email address, city and country (if you share them), the page you signed up on and when you gave your consent. When you use your diary corner: what you write. If you choose to share it with me, I keep it. If you don't, it exists only in the copy emailed to you.

Why, and on what basis

I use your details to send you the free meditations and the emails you asked for. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who handles your data

Your data is stored with Supabase (database) and hosted on Vercel. Emails are sent through Resend. They process data on my behalf.

Email tracking

My emails include a small invisible image that tells me whether an email was opened. I use this only to understand what is helpful.

How long I keep it

Until you ask me to delete it, or until you unsubscribe and ask for erasure.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. You can ask to see, correct or erase your data by replying to any of my emails or writing to hello@emotional.academy. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
